2. OWN THE MITIGATION - DON’T WAIT!
Most insurance policies require the property owner to start mitigation of damages immediately. This can be done on your own or by hiring a professional mitigation company. The mitigation process is important to ensure everything effected is handle properly avoiding secondary damages. Core Restoration uses state of the art equipment to determine what is damaged and the proper procedures and equipment to start and complete the job.
3. OPEN YOUR CLAIM
Once your claim has been opened, your insurance company will assign a claim number and claims adjuster to your file. Inform us of your “Claim Number”. With this information Core Restoration will submit the necessary reports, emergency invoice and supporting documentation directly to your insurance company.
4. WORKING WITH THE CLAIMS ADJUSTER
The claims adjuster or their contractor may inspect the property damage to determine what is covered by the loss in accordance with your policy. By actively working with your claims adjuster, we can avoid any potentially uncovered work and make sure what needs to be done has been approved by them.
